Aussie BroadBand - Sustainable 3x3 Trade Show Booth

Brief

For the Accor Hotels Leadership Conference, Aussie Broadband was offered a small 3m x 3m footprint. The brief was to create a functional, eye-catching space that aligned with their brand while standing apart from the standard corporate display.

They needed something compact, practical, and visually engaging with minimal environmental impact.

Solution

We designed and delivered a complete cardboard stand that blended utility with playful, home-style elements helping Aussie Broadband create a relaxed and memorable presence at the event.

The final setup included:

• Three of our modular branded walls, featuring embossed type and custom artwork
• A custom cardboard bed in brand colours, with an integrated lid for hidden storage
• A matching bedside table and oversized armchair to create a sense of comfort and familiarity
• A branded OCT table and stools designed for casual interaction and conversation

All elements were shipped flat and designed with low-waste production in mind.

Process

Our team worked closely with Aussie Broadband to develop the concept through rendered visuals and design feedback. Once approved, we managed fabrication, packing, and full installation on-site.

Everything was built using high-recycled-content cardboard and precision-cut for quick assembly and clean visual lines.

Outcome

The result was a standout space that broke from trade show norms. The use of everyday furniture forms (like a bed and bedside table) gave the booth personality and sparked conversation.

Client feedback was excellent, and the space performed exactly as intended: welcoming, practical, and unlike anything else at the event.
