Since Cardboard Mill began, we’ve proudly partnered with Made by Fressko, a brand that shares our ethos of thoughtful design and sustainability. Known for their beautifully crafted, reusable coffee cups and drink bottles.
A Modular, Custom Tradeshow Setup
We collaborated with Fressko to create a custom cardboard tradeshow setup that’s as functional as it is environmentally conscious. The design includes:
- Integrated product display shelving seamlessly built into the walls
- Dynamic feature walls, some with unique ribbed textures and others with large semi-circle cutouts for visual interest and openness
- A modular system that allows each piece to be easily assembled, reconfigured, and reused across multiple events
This flexibility means Fressko can refresh their layout each time they exhibit — without needing new materials or compromising on their brand aesthetic.
The Iconic Suspended Coffee Cup
One of the most eye-catching pieces we’ve ever created is Fressko’s three-metre-tall replica of their iconic coffee cup. Designed to be suspended, it becomes an instant focal point and conversation starter. Made from lightweight, sustainably sourced cardboard, the structure is safe and simple to hang, a fraction of the weight of traditional materials, and we handled all the engineering approvals to ensure safety and compliance.
At this year’s Coffee Expo, we re-skinned the existing booth elements and updated the suspended cup to reflect Fressko’s latest colour palette, giving everything a fresh new look without generating unnecessary waste.

Fressko’s choice to work with us and use cardboard in their tradeshow displays shows their commitment to sustainability at every touchpoint. It's a powerful message, one that extends beyond their products and into how they show up in the world. Their setup doesn’t just reflect their brand values, it amplifies them.
