How Our Design Library Works
The Cardboard Mill Design Library showcases the types of structures, installations and creative builds we regularly produce for events, exhibitions and brand activations.
These are reference designs, not off-the-shelf products.
They exist to help clients quickly understand what is possible, explore ideas and get a realistic sense of pricing before starting a project.
Most designs are adapted or customised for each brief. Dimensions, graphics, structure and materials can all be modified depending on the space, audience and creative concept.
Each design page explains how the structure works, typical pricing ranges and the kinds of projects it is suited for.
Collection: Letters, Numbers & Logos
Large letters, numbers and logos create strong visual moments within events, exhibitions and brand activations. They are often used as stage features, entrance statements, photo moments or branded installations within a space.
These structures can display company names, event titles, campaign messages or iconic shapes that reinforce a brand or theme. Depending on the design, they may be freestanding, wall-mounted or integrated into larger scenic builds.
Cardboard makes it possible to create large-scale letters and shapes while keeping structures lightweight, transportable and efficient to install.
The designs in this collection show different ways oversized letters, numbers and logos can be used to bring branding, messaging and visual identity into physical spaces.
