We recommend allowing 4–6 weeks for projects that include custom printing or multiple wall units, particularly during peak event periods.

If you’re working to a tighter deadline, rush production may be possible depending on scope and availability. Get in touch early to discuss your timeline.

Customisation Options

Standard Walls can be fully skinned with custom artwork on one or both sides.

You can:

  • Work with our internal graphic designer
  • Supply print-ready artwork using our dielines
  • Request solid colour finishes using CMYK values

Printed skins can be replaced over time, allowing the same wall bodies to be reused across different events or designs.

Venue & Space Requirements

Each wall measures 2350mm high × 980mm wide, with either a 200mm or 100mm depth depending on the version selected.

Standard Walls are rigid panels and are typically:

  • Integrated into a wider build or framework

Setup & Logistics

Walls do not pack down, so transport and access paths should be considered during planning.

Weather & Outdoor Events

Standard Walls are primarily designed for indoor use.

Outdoor applications are assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account:

  • Duration of use
  • Support and anchoring requirements

While the cardboard structure remains stable when exposed to moisture, weather conditions can affect printed finishes. If you’re considering outdoor use, discuss this early so we can advise on suitability and alternatives.

Can the walls be rotated or moved once installed?

Yes. Walls can be repositioned or rotated to reveal alternate designs, provided the surrounding layout and support allow for it. Many clients use this to refresh spaces across multi-day events or different sessions.

Can we replace the printed skins ourselves?

Printed skins can be replaced, but we recommend discussing this with us first. Depending on the finish and usage, skins may be replaced by Cardboard Mill or managed as part of an ongoing reuse plan.

Are Standard Walls available for hire or purchase?

Standard Walls are typically produced as part of a project build. Hire, purchase, and reuse arrangements depend on scope, storage, and future use plans. We’ll help you choose the most practical option for your project.

Can Standard Walls be combined with other Cardboard Mill systems?

Yes. Standard Walls are often used alongside TV Walls, arches, shelving, and custom elements as part of a wider build.
